    图书名称:《外贸英语谈判实战第2版》【作者】王慧,仲颖著【页数】261【出版社】北京:中国海关出版社,2016.03【ISBN号】978-7-5175-0111-4【分类】对外贸易-贸易谈判-英语【参考文献】王慧,仲颖著.外贸英语谈判实战第2版.北京:中国海关出版社,2016.03.图书封面:图书目录:《外贸英语谈判实战第2版》内容提要:《外贸英语谈判实战(第二版)》第一版出版六年以来,深受广大读者的欢迎和喜爱。近几年我国外贸形势发生了很大变化,作者结合自身近期的谈判经验以及读者反馈,对此书进行了修订。《外贸英语谈判实战第2版》内容试读第一章不同形势下的商务谈判技巧第一节谈判形势概述在商务谈判过程中,由于谈判人员在素质、经济实力、拥有的信息量、准备的情况等方面存在着许多差异,因此,谈判者在谈判中所处的形势总是因时、因人而异。谈判者在谈判中处于何种形势、何种地位,归根结底是由其谈判能力决定的。谈判能力在商务谈判中起着重要作用,双方谈判能力的强弱差异决定了谈判结果的差别。对于谈判中的每一方来说,谈判能力来源于八个方面,就是NOTRICKS每个字母所代表的八个单词:“N”代表需求(Need)。对于买卖双方来说,谁的需求更强烈一些?如果买方的需要较多,卖方就拥有相对较强的谈判力。相反,你越希望卖出你的产品,买方就拥有越强的谈判力。“O”代表选择(Otio)。如果谈判最后不能达成协议,那么双方会有什么其他选择?如果你可选择其他商家合作的机会较多,你就拥有较强的谈判资本;如果对方认为你的产品或服务是唯一的或者没有太多选择余地,你就拥有较强的谈判资本。“T”代表时间(Time)。是指谈判中可能出现的有时间限制的紧急时间,如果买方受到时间的压力大,那么卖方的谈判力自然就增强了。“R”代表关系(Relatiohi)。如果与谈判对手之间建立强有力的关系,在同其谈判时就会拥有关系力。但是,也许有的对手觉得对方只是为了利益,而不愿建立深入的关系。“I”代表投资(Ivetmet)。在谈判的准备阶段投人了多少时间和精力?一般来说在准备过程中投入时间和精力多的一方获得的有用信息多,往往谈判力较强3·外贸英语谈判实战(第二版)WAIMAOYINGYUTANPANSHIZHANDIERBAN)“C”代表可信性(Crediility)。可信性包括产品可信性、企业自身的信誉等,它是谈判力的一种,也是谈判成功的推动力,但并不能决定最后是否能成交。“K”代表知识(Kowledge)。知识就是力量,谈判中也不例外掌握知识多的一方就有较强的谈判力。“S”代表的是技能(Skl)。这是增强谈判力最重要的内容,不过,谈判技巧是一门综合性的学问,需要广博的知识、雄辩的口才、灵敏的思维等。在商务谈判中,谈判者总是处于下述三种情况之一:处于优势地位、处于劣势地位或处于均势地位。当谈判人员所处的地位不同时,就应选择不同的谈判技巧来实现自己的谈判目标。第二节优势谈判技巧在商务谈判活动中,经济实力较强、谈判需求程度较弱的一方往往处于谈判中的优势地位。当处于优势时,其核心是争取尽可能多的利益,可以考虑以下谈判技巧。1.前紧后松的谈判技巧前紧后松的谈判技巧也称“先苦后甜”的谈判技巧。“前紧”是指在谈判前一阶段,给对方提出全面苛刻的条件,而且坚持不作任何让步,造成一种艰苦的局面,使对方产生疑虑、压抑、无望等心态,大幅度降低其期望值,使其处于一种很难接受又怕谈判破裂的矛盾紧张心理状态。“后松”是指在“前紧”这一先决条件下再作出退让,逐步优惠或让步,使对方在紧张后产生某种特殊的轻松感,使其感到欣慰和满足,从而达成有利于满足己方需要的协议。前紧后松的谈判技巧只有在谈判中处于主动地位的一方才有资格使用。在运用前紧后松的谈判技巧时,谈判组的成员可作恰当分工,由位谈判人员扮演“前紧”角色,也就是谈判中的“黑脸”角色。出场时提出较为苛刻的要求和条件,并且表现出立场坚定、毫不妥协的态度。第■章不同形势下的商务谈判技巧然后随着谈判活动的深入开展,当争执不下、气氛紧张之时,谈判组的第二个人便可登场了。他和颜悦色,举止谦恭,给人一种和事佬的形象,也就是谈判中的“白脸”角色。由他进行“后松”的谈判,显得通情达理,愿意体谅对方的难处,经过左思右想,尽管面有难色,但仍表示通过做“前紧”角色的工作,从而立场上一步一步地后退。即使后退,仍能达到预期的目的。使用这一技巧时,要注意最先向对方所提的要求不能过于苛刻、漫无边际,“紧”要紧得有分寸,不能与通常的惯例和做法相距太远,否则对方会认为己方太缺乏诚意,从而导致谈判破裂。切忌“过犹不及”,否则若谈判告败,双方都会一事无成。2.不开先例的谈判技巧不开先例的谈判技巧,通常指占据优势的一方坚持自己提出的交易条件,尤其是价格条件,而不愿意让步的一种强硬的谈判技巧。当对方所提的要求使己方不能接受时,己方谈判者解释说:“如果答应了这一次的要求,就等于开了一个交易先例,这样就会迫使我方今后在遇到类似的交易行为时,也至少必须提供同样的优惠,而这是我方无法承担的。”当谈判中出现以下情况时,卖方可以选择运用“不开先例”的谈判技巧。(1)谈判内容属于保密性交易活动时,如高级生产技术的转让,特殊商品的出口等。(2)市场有利于卖方,而买主急于达成交易。(3)买主提出的交易条件难以接受时。(4)交易商品属于垄断经营时。卖主在运用“不开先例”的谈判技巧时,应说明不开先例的事实与理由,使买方感到可信。否则,不利于达成协议,除非卖方想退出谈判。对于买方来讲,这里问题的关键是难以获得必要的情报和信息来确切地证明卖方所宣称的“先例”界限是否属实,而且即使在目前的谈判中卖方决定提供该买主一个新的优惠,它是否就真的成为一个“先例”,5·外贸英语谈判实战(第二版)WAIMAOYINGYUTANPANSHIZHANDIERBAN也无从了解。因此,除非已有确切的情报可以揭穿,否则只能凭主观来判断,要么相信,要么不信,别无他途总之,不开先例的谈判技巧是一种强化自己谈判地位和立场的最简单有效的方法。3.欲擒故纵的谈判技巧谈判者一方面将己方的需求隐藏起来,另一方面去刺激对方的需求,而己方装着无所谓的样子,就是在使用欲擒故纵的谈判技巧。“欲擒故纵”的手法是多变的,因条件而异。从态度上看,不过分忍让和屈从,该硬就硬,该顶就顶。在日程安排上,由对方制定,己方要表现出随和不迫切。既表现得有礼貌,又可乘机利用对自己有利的意见。采取一种似紧非紧的做法,使对方摸不清己方的真实意图。有时候则在对方强烈的攻势下,己方可采用让其表演、不怕后果的轻蔑态度,既不慌乱也不害怕,以制造心理上的优势。这样可以争取比较好的价格条件欲擒故纵的谈判技巧特征是采取逆向行为,向对方传递一个不真实的信息。为了不被识破,谈判者在采用这种谈判技巧时,应是有真有假、真假难辨,而不能全虚全假。第三节劣势谈判技巧在现代瞬息万变的市场环境下,任何企业都不可能永远处于优势地位,当一时处于极不利的条件下进行商务谈判时,其主要的谈判技巧应以尽可能减少损失为前提,或者变劣势中的被动为主动来争取谈判的成功。1.“挡箭牌”谈判技巧“挡箭牌”谈判技巧,多是申明自己权力有限,利用“第三者”的力量锁住自己的阵势,避免作出自己难以接受的让步。此时,谈判者会申明没有被授予这种承诺的权力,手持“盾牌”,在自己的立场前面,寻找各种借口、遁词。一般是利用“训令、规定、上级、同僚或其他的第三者”作为挡箭牌来向对手要条件,减少自己让步的幅度和次数。这·6···试读结束···...

图书名称:《外贸英语函电第8版》【作者】兰天编著【丛书名】普通高等教育“十一五”国家级规划教材;21世纪国际经济与贸易专业系列教材【页数】350【出版社】沈阳:东北财经大学出版社,2018.07【ISBN号】978-7-5654-3236-1【价格】45.00【分类】对外贸易-英语-电报信函-写作-高等学校-教材【参考文献】兰天编著.外贸英语函电第8版.沈阳:东北财经大学出版社,2018.07.图书封面:图书目录:《外贸英语函电第8版》内容提要:本书是一门融国际贸易业务知识与英语知识为一体的高层次的应用语言课程,旨在使学生了解对外经贸业务各个环节,同时学习和掌握英语在各业务环节中的应用。《外贸英语函电第8版》内容试读ChaterOeBuieLetter·1·ChaterOeBuieLetterSectioOeTheStructureadLayoutofaBuieLetter一般英语商务书信从结构上可分为:(一)信头(Headig)书信中发信人的地址和发信的日期等称为信头。目的在于使收信人一看就知道发自何方、何处、何时,便于复信时参考。外贸商号的信笺都印有信头(LetterHead),包括发信人的姓名、地址、网址、电子信箱、传真、电话号码、经营项目(商品种类及经销代理等),有些甚至将注册商标和公司董(监)事、副经理等人的姓名一并印在信头上,打信时只需在日期线(DateLie)上填写日期就够了。有些信头上,发信人注明编号和查号,希望对方复信时能指明原信号码,以便查阅原件。用印有信头的信笺打信,信头部分除在指定的位置打上日期外,还可以打上发文号(编号、查号等)。打日期要注意下列各点:1.年份应完全写出,不能用缩写(18)来代表(2018)。2.月份要写英文名称,不能用数字来代替,如(3/9/99)等不能在正式函件中使用。3.月份名称可用缩写,如Aug.代替Augut,Oct.代替Octoer,但May,Jue,July本身很短,不用再缩写了。4.日期有时用1,2,3,4,5,…,11,12,…,21,22,23,24,…,31等,有时用1t,2d,3rd,4h,5th,…,11th,12h,…,21t,22d,23rd,24th…,31t等。各国各地习惯不同,不可一概而论。日期有下列几种写法:1)Jue5,20182)1tOctoer,20183)30Nov.,2018(30Novemer,.2018)4)Novemer30th,2018注意:月份和日期之间不要用标点点开,年份之前必须用逗号点开。发文编号办法,各公司不同,这里不谈了。遇有特殊情况,一时找不到印好信头的信笺,用白纸写信时,须将发信人地址及日期一并写在右上角(即写日期的位置上端),格式如下:(a)136TowerStreet,Toroto4,Caada.May17,2018.·2.外贸英语函电()P.0.BoxNo.1752.Lodo.Eglad.Ja.15,2018(c)6ad7CliffordStreetLodo,SW72DY,EgladJa.15,2018(d)P.0.Box1079Beijig,ChiaJa.15,2018说明:1)(a)()是缩行式,每行向右至少让出两个或三个字节;(c)(d)是平头式,每行取齐。2)(a)()每行末有标点符号,最后一行用句号,其余用逗号,但也有人不用标点符号;(©)(d)每行之间不用标点符号。至于每行之内应该用标点的地方,仍须一律使用。3)一般地说,门牌号与街名之间不用逗号点开,但城市名和国名之间必须用逗号点开。城市名后面的字母或数字等(如Lodo,SW72DY)是大城市的邮区号。注明邮区,便于邮局分信,保证准时投递。4)()P.0.BoxNo.1752是Pot0fficeBox1752的缩写,即第1752号信箱:(d)P.0.Box1079是第1079号信箱(二)封内地址(IideAddre)受(收)信人的姓名地址等一般是列在信笺的左上方,在信头之下,沿左页边线写起。封内地址与信封地址写法相同。信内把收信人名称地址写明对工作有便利。对发信人而言,好处有两点:一是发信时可与信封地址相互对照,避免放入信封时发生差错;二是发信后便于准确归档,便于以后查找。对收信人而言,好处也有两点:一是收信人读信时,如发现信封名称地址与封内名称地址不符,可以知道是放入信封时发生错误,将信退回;二是收信后如信封与信函分离,原信仍能保持完整,便于查阅。收信人名称地址的格式与信头的格式相同,但须将姓名一并写出,通常有如下几种(美国地址,在城市名称后应写州名和邮区号):(a)MerHawkerSideleyIteratioalLtd.,32DukeStreet,St.Jame,Lodo,SW53DY()MerWilliamWerer36TowerStreetToroto4,Caada(c)ChiaNatioalMachieryImortExortCor.ErhLiKou,HiChiaoBeijig,Peole'ReulicofChia,ZiCode(d)Mr.C.E.EckerleyChaterOeBuieLetter·3c/oMerLogmaGreeComay67CliffordStreetLodo,SW72DY,Eglad说明:(d)在公司名称的前面加c/o(careof),意思是由其转交,说明本信是一封私人信件,要由本人拆封,总收发不要拆。有时候外国商人来我国访问未到达以前,无确定信址,信件常由邀请公司转交,千万不要误拆,以免误会。如需注明对方经办人,希望收信商号将信迅速交经办人办理,可以在受信人名称住址下面或右边加Attetio或Attetioof等字样,写法如下:(a)Biddle,SawyerCo.,Ltd.HaddeHoueFitzroyStreetLodo,SW825DY,EgladAttetio:Mr.H.A.Doa,ExortMaager()Biddle,SawyerCo.,Ltd.HaddeHoueFitzroyStreetLodo,SW825DY,EgladAttetioofMr.H.A.Doa(c)RichardThomaBaldwiLtd.151GowerStreetLodo,SC76DY,EgladAttetio:Mr.Cave(d)JohMorriCo.Ic.O'SullivaBuildigBaltimore,Marylad,10026U.S.A.AttetioofPurchaigMaager注:发信人因不知负责人的姓名,故仅称职衔。(e)TheMiitryofBuildigCotructioP.O.Box816Beijig,Chia注:美国和欧洲习惯在姓名前冠以“Mer”一词(Mer是Mr的复数,源自法文Meieur)表示客气。Mer一般说来只用以人名为姓名的公司,若用非人格性(imeroalature)字样的名称作为姓名的,则应以姓名的全文为准。如全名原文中前面没有“The”,可以不加“The”,如:TheUiveralTradigComayLodoExortCororatioTheStadardOilComayChiaNatioal.…Cor.注意:一般在友好来往的私人信件中,因为称呼已说明收信人(如DearMr..Liu),所以一。4·外贸英语函电般可不必填写封内地址。(三)称呼(Salutatio)这是写信人对受信人的一种称呼,其位置是在封内地址的下面空两行,并与之平头。目前外贸书信中一般通用的称呼语有:商业函件用DearSir(用得较多),不能单独用Sir,Getleme不能用单数公事函件用DearSir(对一般机关团体负责人适用),Sir(对政府高级官员适用)。此外,公事函件还可以用Tothoewhomayecocered或Towhomitmaycocer来表示称呼。半公、半私函件用DearMr.Brow,MydearMr..Brow(对方是独资商号,可用“DearSir,”如果是女性,则用“DearMadam”或“Madam”)。对收件人的姓名无法判断时,最简单安全的写法就是DearTerryBrow。称呼后面的标点,一般使用逗号(,),不用冒号(:)或分号(:),但美国和加拿大等地的来信中,Getleme后面也有用冒号(:)的,并注意,称呼里的词第一个字母要大写,但MydearMr.Brow里的dear则不必大写。(四)事由(SujectHeadig或Catio)事由写在称呼语下面两行,一般是在信笺中间的位置,但平头信则由左面沿线写起。事由的使用是使对方的收发人员看了它就可迅速转递给经办的人,不必等待读完信中全部内容就能确定。在业务较繁忙的公司中,这样可以节省很多时间,登记归档和查卷时也便利。事由要简单扼要,说明商品名称、数量、信用证或合同号码等即可。有时前面加上R:(拉丁文),意思是“关于”,也即“事由”。但它不是英文referrig或regardig的缩写(见格式信,Letter1)。最近也有人把“Re:”省掉,认为不必要写上。如信的内容简单,第一句已能说明大意,可不用事由。在一般情况下,事由不要省略。(五)开头语(OeigSetece)开头语没有统一的格式,但在习惯上是用客套语先将收到对方的来信的日期、编号或查号、主题及简单内容加以综合叙述,使对方一目了然这封信是答复哪一封来信的。如果是第一次通信,也可以利用开头语作必要的自我介绍,并表明目的要求。开头语一般要与信的正文分开,自成一节,文字要简洁明了。目前有些商业信,为避免俗套,常不用这种所谓开头语。(六)信的正文(BodyoftheLetter)这是书信的主体,表达发信人的意见。信的优劣完全要看正文写得好坏,正文的位置紧接在开头语的下面。根据中心思想分成段落,每一中心思想为一段,层次要清楚。如果信的本文很长,一页纸不够用而需两张或数张联页,应在联页上端注明受信人名称、日期、页数,再继续缮写正文。这是为了避免第一页和第二页、第三页在发信时误置。用联页时不要用印有信头的信纸。这时名称可尽量缩写,样式如下:-Page2TheUiveralTradigCo.,Ltd.Ja.7,2018(七)结尾语(CloigSetece)结尾语一般用来总结信中所谈的事项,提示对受信人的要求,如希望来函或电传订货、答复询问或作必要的声明等,另外也附加一些略带客套的语气。它的位置在正文结束之后,另起一段。结尾语的两种写法:(a)有用分词短语开始的,例如:Awaitigyourgoodew,weare,ChaterOeBuieLetter·5Lookigforwardtoyourearlyrely,weremai,Lookigforwardtoreceivigyourhiigadvice,weremai,注意:句末用逗号,不用句号。()有用完整句子的,例如:Weawaityourgoodew.Wehoetoreceiveyourearlyrely.Welookforwardtoyourhiigadvice关于这两种写法,近来用第二种较多,也有个别人不用结尾语的。还有只用分词短语,省去“weare,”或“weremai,”的。但要注意:“weremai”不能用于第一次通信。(八)结尾礼词(ComlimetaryCloe)结尾礼词是在结束函件时的一种客套,它应与前面的称呼相呼应。例如:业务函件用Yourfaithfully,Faithfullyyour,Verytrulyyour,Yourtruly,Yourverytruly,Sicerelyyour,(有些美国商行也常用于商务信中),公事函件用Reectfullyyour,Yourreectfully,半公、半私函件用Sicerelyyour,Veryicerelyyour,Youricerely,Yourveryicerely,结尾礼词写在结尾语下隔一行,从正中或略向右面写起,最近也有个别人从左边写起。在欧洲一般把Your放在前面,但美国把副词放在前面。有些外国作者认为“weremai(are)”已陈旧,最好不用。注意:只有第一个字母大写,后面加逗号;用Your而不能用Your,与Your连用的一定是带ly的副词。(九)签名(Sigature)结尾礼词的下面,应将行号的名称用大写打出,必须由负责人签名,签名的下面为使对方了解签名人的姓名、职位,可以打字注明,因为签字常常很潦草,不容易识别拼法。职衔如MaagigDirector'"(总经理)、“Maager'”(经理)(相当于处长),是说明本人职务的。格式如下:Yourfaithfully,(Sigature)T.M.WhiteMaagerTHENATIONALTRANSPORTCO.Yourverytruly,(Sigature)CharleSmithMaagigDirectorTHEINTERNATIONALTRADINGCOMPANYYourfaithfully,(Sigature)B.R.Joe·6外贸英语函电P.P.THENATIONALTRADINGCO.PerPro..简写为P.P.(PerProcuratio),在公司行号名称之前加P.P.或PerPro.说明签名人是正式代表组织,不是以个人身份签名。或在公司名称之前加Fr字,说明代表公司签名或代表某人负责签名。外国函件都必须由负责人亲笔签名,用橡皮戳说明该信并非本人亲自过目,只是通函而已,不为人重视。(十)附件(Ecloure)如信中有附件时,应在左下角注明Ecl.或Ec.(缩写)。如附件不止一个,应注明2Ecl.或3Ecl..等,或详细列明如下:Ecl.:2Ivoice(发票二张)Ec.:IB/Ladig(提单一张)1Photo(照片一张)1Certificate(证明书一张)(十一)再启(Potcrit)信写完后,如果想起还有要紧的话要说,可以在信末加P.S.(otcrit的缩写),引出补叙的话,然后由发信人签署本人简笔签名(本人姓名的每一个字母,如ParkDavi,只签PD.)。郑重的函件,一般不用P.S.,因为要说的话事前都应该想到,不应在写好之后再加以补叙,它表明写信人办事不够周密。国外来的信,除上面已说明的各部分外,常在信末左下角Ecl.之下,打上主办人代号(IdetificatioMark),以便于日后查对这信是由何人主稿,由何人速记打字,一般的写法是把主稿人、速记员的姓名的第一个字母连续打出,两者之间加一斜线,例如HAP/DGS或PHA:DGS,这通常只是为了发信商行自己查对之用,与收信人关系不大。如果函件要抄送其他有关单位,同时使对方也知道已抄送其他单位,可在信件最后的左下角注明“CCto××”或“CC×Xx”。CC是carocoy.二词的缩写。外贸业务书信结构如下:(1)信头(Headig)0e。年。年44404年参考编号(Ref.No.)日期(Date)(2)封内地址(IideAddre)(3)称呼(Salutatio)(4)事由(Catio(5)开头语(OeigSetece)(6)正文(BodyoftheLetter)…44…4…0…09400404…444444400440040…000510009000…050000+0…小004。,(7)结尾语(CloigSetece)(8)结尾礼词(ComlimetaryCloe】(9)签名(Sigature】(10)附件(Ecloure)···试读结束···...
